site. Not only did my tasks include all the business consulting
services that the site describes, but I also designed and implemented
the entire FLASH website by myself. |

- Managed day-to-day client communication with one of the Company's
major financial clients with an annual operating budget of $350,000.
Engagement Lead on many financial, personnel, and operations applications
primarily using Perl, Java, and ASP multi-tiered solutions utilizing
Sybase, stored procedures, Flash, DHTML, and JavaScript.
- Managed and designed a couple of the Company's self-promotional
web sites, including the Flash
version.
- Member of the Company's Project Management Office (PMO), which
assisted in creating, implementing, and improving the company's
project management and development process. Created and maintained
the company's project management templates, fine tuned the Company's
use of the Extreme Programming model and estimation process, and
led the search and evaluation for a Project Management Enterprise
Suite.
- Translated the Company's PMO's efforts by publishing the
end result onto the Company's Intranet site using ASP, XML, VBScript,
and HTML
- Responsible to ensure the profitability, timeliness, and high
quality of projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Consulted on the development of a multi-million bond buyback
system. Consulted on expediting and enhancing the integrity of
the communication process of Equity related margin calls and the
purchase and sell of Fixed Income related securities.
- Engaged in communications and client development activities
to initiate new Company revenue. Primary responsible for establishing
a relationship with a Global 100 Financial company, which had
an expected technology budget of $500 million.
- Created and maintained up to five simultaneous client project
plans and a number of internal projects and/or initiatives.
- Communicated project status and progress to client on a timely
basis and efficiently managed project change.
- Created time and cost estimates based upon initial project
discovery meetings.
- Prepared and delivered client presentations for proposals and
recommendations.
- Assessed and translated client business objectives into brand-true
Web strategy, and consulted and persuaded clients on developed
strategies. Responsible for gathering user requirements, coordinating
problem definition and analysis, and translating all project data
into concise documentation in UML format: statements of work,
use cases, activity diagrams, etc.
- Managed and provided guidance to project team, (programmers,
designers, and quality assurance personnel), and oversaw their
progress. Translated business and functional goals to specific
instructions for design, technical, and quality assurance personnel.
- Implemented Quality Assurance tests and designed original
graphics and user-friendly web HTML GUIs for projects, when necessary.
- Assisted in prioritizing projects and allocating resources for
entire company.
- Aided in new hire staffing and integration.
