Here are the details and legal mumbo-jumbo:

• No sign up sheets! To join, simply supply your referral a link to this site and then e-mail me the name of your referral so I may watch out for them. (To be certain that you are given proper credit, the link you supply your referral should include your e-mail address. See below for details.)

• Any unclaimed commissions are forfeited after a year from the date of the final portrait payment. However, if the artist has a record of the commission and the affiliate program is still running, then the claim may be honored.
• Commissions only apply to the sale of portraits, not on completed works of art available for sale.
• Commissions are not accumulated by any portraits you order.
• Since saved e-mail messages are subject to tampering, disputes will not be resolved by such archived records.
• The artist is not here to rip anyone off. The more you earn, the more the artist earns. Reason and fair play should be followed at all times, especially when any dispute occurs. If any unsolvable disputes occur, then by your involvement in this program, you agree to pay for any third party costs to help resolve such disputes.
• Percentage of commissions will be based on the terms of the program during the date of the final portrait payment, regardless of any changes made to the program between such date and the current date.
